Pack with Care
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
